After being gone on the road for the better part of 6 weeks
doing 15 days of shows
not seeing the

from the 3rd of October until sundown on the 15th of October

being on vacation (holiday) for 2 weeks

and arriving back here, in the afternoon, on last Wednesday, the 11th of November...
with mounds of dirty clothes

and
after having been so graciously and lovingly given a sinus/head cold

by a friend of ours... during a dinner that we prepared and invited him to share with us

on the last Saturday we were out...
we're doing pretty good to even have a remote

of which way is UP at the moment

Everything needs to be done at once, when you've been gone that long....

and because

loaded us up with orders at the first show

now

's elves have got to get their fuzzy butts very busy

between now and the 16th of December...
so that the sleds will be ready to load on time, when

is ready to light his red nose and guide

on his way

So

you guessed it

my message center is already backed up... and is just going to get worse, until we are on our winter break... after all the orders ship with

on the 16th of December. I'll be popping in and out... 'cos I just cannot live without you guys

but, if you really need me to know something

send me a NOTE!!!

In the meantime, know that I really

and appreciate every

that you leave for me!!

Because we enjoyed the wonderful health effects of lots of

on the beach, during our two weeks of vacation (holiday)

... and because our weather forecast this past Saturday... showed 5 solid days of upcoming

this week... my sweet hubby Bob *
TThealer went to Home Depot and grabbed us two packages of "Daylight" flourescent bulbs (for only $7.97 for a package of four 60 watt bulbs that are supposed to burn for 9 years

) and we changed the fan light bulbs above my work table, and the bulb in my swing arm light... as well as the spot lights above the

and the lightbulbs in the two lamps in the livingroom.

What a DIFFERENCE IT MAKES!!

Sooooooooo, if you don't want to be depressed all winter... from a lack of

light... check out these bulbs
[link]Bob also bought a box of four foot DAYLIGHT fluorescent bulbs for all the shop lights in his work area

so we'll see if he's happier, after he gets them all changed

While we were gone on the road... my poor chiller for the

was apparently about to flake out... and the laptop actually overheated

and shut down a couple of times

So, when we went to purchase some additional RAM for it, last Friday, we searched MicroCenter's inventory, and found a VERY COOL

laptop chiller!!

If you want to see my new friend, check this out
[link]Not only does it keep the laptop cooler.... but, it tilts it so that it is easier to type

and it SWIVELS!!

Yesterday morning, we had our first dusting of

but, it was quickly washed away by more

.... but, the amazing thing is that we have an IRIS that is just about to bloom!

Hopefully

we won't get a hard freeze, before it opens! Re-blooming irises aren't that common in our growing zone... so this will indeed be a bonus

and of course, if it ever dries out enough to go outside with out having wet leaves stuck all over us

Bob & I will be clamoring to take it's picture

By the way, all the

s and

s are just for Bianca *
Biutz to continue getting her in the mood for Christmas!!
(since I took out time and decorated our Christmas tree on Sunday

)
